Are utilities paid?
All utilities are paid by the resident.
What is required to move in?
A resident application, credit check and the security deposit and rent upon move in.
What is the square footage of the apartments?
The one bedrooms are 773-900 sq.ft.
The two bedrooms are 989-1142 sq.ft.
What type of lease do you offer?
We offer only twelve month leases.
Do you accept pets?
We do accept pets.
Is there parking on the property?
Yes, select units have garages with remote door opener and all other units have detached carports.
What is the location of the property?
We are located at 1225 Park Place in Sherman, Texas.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit starts at $500.00.
